Amanbir Singh Bains is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 2013 batch, allocated to the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He has held several significant positions within the state administration. In February 2021, he was appointed as the District Collector of Betul, Madhya Pradesh. In early 2024, he served as the District Collector of Guna, Madhya Pradesh. Currently, Amanbir Singh Bains is serving as the Managing Director of Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL), where he has been actively involved in promoting renewable energy initiatives in the state. Throughout his career, Amanbir Singh Bains has been recognized for his dedication to public service and his contributions to the development of Madhya Pradesh.

She has been the recipient of the START Young Scientist award for 2001 awarded by START Washington D.C. She has held several administrative roles as deputy coordinator division 9.2.1. IUFRO, the President of International Urban Biodiversity and Design Network during 2014-2018, executive member of Indian society for ecological economics, member of the Green National Accounts committee set up the Government of India during 2011-2013.

She works on various issues relating to environment and development economics, energy economics, green accounting, climate change and has published widely in several national and international journals of repute.

Prior to this, Shri Sivakumar served at NTPC Green Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Ltd as Chief General Manager responsible for engineering, contracts, commercial, business development and carbon trading functions. He was also the maiden CEO of the JV company of NTPC Green Energy Ltd and IOCL Ltd. He brings along 34 years of experience in the Power sector having extensively and successfully handled areas like Project Construction, Commissioning, O&M, Commercial and regulatory, Energy and Efficiency Management. His contributions in RE sector are equally notable in developing Solar, Wind, Hybrid and Storage solutions. It was his initiative more than a decade ago by conceptualising and commissioning the first floating solar demo project of 100 kW at NTPC, Kayamkulam that paved way for large scale floating solar projects in the Country. He further contributed in corporate functions such as Engineering, Contracts, Business Development, Carbon Trading, Tariff, Commercial & Regulatory, Energy Billing and Policy including concept papers on flexibilization and RGO trajectory Shri Sivakumar is an Engineering Graduate and holds an M.Sc. in Energy Systems and Environment from University of Strathclyde, UK (British Chevening Scholar) and completed Post Graduate Certification Program in Project Management from Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Further he is a certified Energy Auditor awarded by Bureau of Energy and Efficiency

Before his appointment as Director (Finance), Shri Sikidar was working as Group General Manager (Finance) and Company Secretary of RITES Limited. His total tenure of service includes more than 4 years in RITES, more than 16 years in NSPCL (A joint venture of NTPC & SAIL) and more than 9 years in SAIL – Bhilai Steel Plant.

He is an MBA and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Cost Accountants of India & Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
